The hinge on the last prototype was rather weak, and the insoluble support was difficult to remove. For the next design the hinge will be made bigger and given bigger clearances so that the support structure can more easily be removed. The lip that catches the bottle cap broke off during testing and seemed hollow. The lip that broke may have been smaller than the diameter of the filament and was printed hollow, even though the infill percentage was correct. Therefore, the lip that catches the bottlecap will be made thicker.
